LensLab Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you download or use the LensLab Android app. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must also follow the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Who we are

LensLab is provided by Infyon Innovations (Lumnon Labs | Infyon Innovations), "we" or "us". You can contact us at infyoninnovations@gmail.com.

3. The app and its content

LensLab is an educational reference. We work hard to keep its content accurate and clear, but it is provided for learning and general information. It is not a replacement for textbooks, teachers or professional advice. Please check important information against other trusted sources.

We may improve, update or remove content and features at any time.

4. Your licence to use the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use LensLab on Android devices you own or control, for your own learning. You may not:

• copy, extract, republish or sell the app's content, in whole or in large parts;
• use automated tools to collect the content, or use it to build other datasets, apps or AI models;
• reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it;
• use the app in a way that breaks the law or harms other people or the service.

5. Ask AI

Ask AI uses an artificial-intelligence service to explain topics in response to your questions.

• AI answers can be wrong. They may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect. Check anything important before you rely on it, especially for exams, safety, health or legal matters. Answers are not professional advice.
• Use it responsibly. Do not use Ask AI to create anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or dangerous, to break someone else's rights, or to try to get around its limits or safety rules.
• Keep personal details out. Do not include personal or sensitive information in your questions.
• Fair use. To keep the service fair for everyone, you can ask up to 10 questions a minute and 100 questions a day, each up to 2,000 characters. We may change these limits.
• Availability. Ask AI needs an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or very high demand. If an answer fails, you are not charged for it.

We may limit or block Ask AI for accounts that misuse it.

6. Your account

Online features need you to sign in with your Google account. Your account is shared by the Lumnon apps that use Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity on your account, so keep your phone and Google account secure. You can delete your account at any time (see how to delete your account).

7. Credits, subscriptions and purchases

• Free questions. Each account gets 5 free Ask AI questions in LensLab.
• Subscriptions. A plan gives you 1,000 questions for each billing period. Unused questions do not carry over to the next period. Plans renew automatically through Google Play until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Top-ups. Top-up credits are a one-time purchase and do not expire while your account exists.
• Order of use. Each answered question uses free questions first, then your plan, then top-up credits.
• No cash value. Credits and questions cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account or used in other apps, and are lost if you delete your account.
• Payment. Google Play handles all payments under its own terms. Prices, including any taxes, are shown in Google Play before you pay.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the credits it gave are removed from your account.
• Price changes. We may change prices for future purchases. Google Play tells you about any change to a subscription price before it applies.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its content, design, name and logo belong to Infyon Innovations or its licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not give you any rights in them other than the licence above. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

9. Privacy

Our LensLab privacy policy explains what information we process and why. It forms part of these terms.

10. Changes and availability

We may update the app, change or stop features, or update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects you, we will let you know in the app or on this page. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11. Ending these terms

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end your access, or your account, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we have to by law. Sections about intellectual property, disclaimers and liability continue to apply after that.

12. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, marks, opportunities or profits, arising from your use of the app or of AI answers. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us through in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in India, without affecting any mandatory rights you have where you live.
