Delete your LensLab account and data

LensLab by Infyon Innovations

You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time, in either of these two ways.

In the app

Open LensLab, make sure you are signed in, then go to Settings > Account > Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

Send an email to infyoninnovations@gmail.com from the Google account you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my LensLab account". We will confirm by reply and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account: Google account ID and email address
Your credits, free questions and plan details
Our records of your purchases and subscriptions
Records of your answered AI questions and your app usage events
All sign-in sessions on every device

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Unused credits are lost. Copies in our backups are removed as those backups expire, within 30 days.

Good to know

One account for all Lumnon apps. Your account is shared by the Lumnon apps that use Google sign-in, so deleting it removes your account and data from all of them.
Cancel subscriptions separately. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play Store under Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Google Play keeps its own records of your purchases under Google's policies.
Data on your phone. Your lesson progress, quiz results, bookmarks, notes and settings are stored only on your phone. Uninstall the app or clear its storage to remove them.
