About LensLab
What is inside LensLab?
A photography masterclass with 10 chapters, an 840-term photography dictionary and 8 interactive tools and calculators.
Does LensLab work without the internet?
Yes. Lessons, the dictionary and all calculators work completely offline. Only Ask AI needs an internet connection.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Complete the lessons and chapter tests to track your progress and earn completion certificates.
Which calculators are included?
Exposure triangle simulator, ND filter long-exposure calculator with timer, astrophotography 500 Rule and NPF, depth of field, golden and blue hour estimator, histogram trainer, print size, and time-lapse storage.
Can I save lessons and take notes?
Yes. Bookmark any lesson and keep your own notes as you learn.
Which phones can use LensLab?
LensLab works on Android 8.0 or newer.
Ask AI
What is Ask AI?
Ask AI explains any topic in plain words, built around your own question. It is an extra to the dictionary, which works on its own without it.
Do I need an account?
Only for Ask AI and purchases. Sign in with your Google account in the app. Everything else works without signing in.
How many free questions do I get?
Your first 5 Ask AI questions in LensLab are free.
Are there any limits?
To keep things fair, you can ask up to 10 questions a minute and 100 a day, each up to 2,000 characters.
An answer looks wrong. What should I do?
AI answers can sometimes be wrong, so check anything important. Please email us the question and the answer at infyoninnovations@gmail.com so we can improve.
Do you keep my questions?
No. Your question is sent to our AI provider only to create the answer, and we do not store its text. See the privacy policy.
Ask AI says it is busy or unavailable.
This is usually temporary, for example during very high demand. Please try again a little later. You are never charged for an answer that fails.
Plans, top-ups and credits
What happens when my free questions run out?
You can add a plan or a top-up inside the app. The dictionary itself stays free to use.
How do plans work?
A plan gives you 1,000 questions for each billing period. The count resets when your plan renews, and unused questions do not carry over. Plans renew automatically through Google Play.
How do top-ups work?
Top-ups are a one-time purchase. Their credits do not expire while your account exists. Questions use free questions first, then your plan, then top-up credits.
How do I cancel my plan?
Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, choose LensLab and tap Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
I bought something but cannot see it.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Google account you used to buy, are connected to the internet, and reopen the app. If it is still missing, email us at infyoninnovations@gmail.com with the order number from your Google Play receipt (it starts with GPA).
Can I get a refund?
Within 48 hours of buying you can request a refund from Google Play under your Google Play order history. After that, email us with your order number. If a purchase is refunded, its credits are removed.
I changed my phone. Will I keep my credits?
Yes. Your credits and plan belong to your account, not your phone. Install LensLab and sign in with the same Google account.
Account and privacy
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings > Account > Delete account, or follow these steps. This removes your account and data from all Lumnon apps.
What information do you collect?
Everything is explained in the LensLab privacy policy.
Where are the terms of use?
Read the LensLab terms of use.
