Gluox Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you download or use the Gluox Android app. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must also follow the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Who we are

Gluox is provided by Infyon Innovations (Lumnon Labs | Infyon Innovations), "we" or "us". You can contact us at infyoninnovations@gmail.com.

3. The app and its content

Gluox and its content are provided for general information and personal use. We work hard to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or correct at all times. Please check important information against other trusted sources.

We may improve, update or remove content and features at any time.

Gluox shows the gluox.com service. Your use of that service, including any account, subscription and downloads, is also subject to the terms published on gluox.com.

4. Your licence to use the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Gluox on Android devices you own or control, for your own learning. You may not:

copy, extract, republish or sell the app's content, in whole or in large parts;
use automated tools to collect the content, or use it to build other datasets, apps or AI models;
reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it;
use the app in a way that breaks the law or harms other people or the service.

5. In-app purchases

Payment. Purchases are made through Google Play, under its own terms. Prices, including any taxes, are shown in Google Play before you pay.
Your purchases. What you buy is linked to the Google account you use on Google Play. To restore it on a new phone, sign in to Google Play with the same account.
Subscriptions. If you buy a subscription, it renews automatically until you cancel it in the Google Play Store. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies. If a purchase is refunded, what it unlocked may be removed.

6. Advertising

Gluox shows ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for third-party products and websites they link to.

7. More about Gluox

Stock photos and videos you download from Gluox are licensed under the terms shown for each asset on gluox.com. Please read them before you use an asset.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its content, design, name and logo belong to Infyon Innovations or its licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not give you any rights in them other than the licence above. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

9. Privacy

Our Gluox privacy policy explains what information we process and why. It forms part of these terms.

10. Changes and availability

We may update the app, change or stop features, or update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects you, we will let you know in the app or on this page. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11. Ending these terms

You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we have to by law. Sections about intellectual property, disclaimers and liability continue to apply after that.

12. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, marks, opportunities or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us through in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in India, without affecting any mandatory rights you have where you live.
