Gluox Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Gluox Android app (package com.infyon.gluoxlite) handles your information. Gluox is published by Infyon Innovations (Lumnon Labs | Infyon Innovations), referred to as "we" or "us". If anything here is unclear, write to us at infyoninnovations@gmail.com. 1. Information that stays on your phone

Gluox stores the photos and videos you save, and your settings only on your phone. We cannot see this information. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes it.

2. The gluox.com service

Gluox shows the gluox.com service inside the app. When you use it, for example to search, browse, download, sign in or subscribe, gluox.com processes your information as described in gluox.com privacy policy, which applies together with this policy. This includes any account details, subscription and payment information, and your search and download history on that service.

3. Notifications

If you allow it, Gluox can show notifications on your phone. You can turn them off at any time in your phone's settings.

4. Crash reports and diagnostics

Gluox uses Google Firebase to collect crash reports and diagnostic information, such as your device model, Android version, app version and what the app was doing when a problem happened. We use this only to find and fix problems and to improve the app. Firebase keeps crash reports for a limited time.

5. Purchases

In-app purchases are made through Google Play, which processes the payment. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details. Google Play confirms your purchase to the app on your phone so it can unlock what you bought, and gives us basic order details (such as the order number, product, date and country) so that we can help with support, refunds and accounting.

6. Advertising

Gluox shows ads from third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob. These networks may collect device information, including your device's advertising ID and your approximate location (based on your IP address), to show and measure ads and to prevent ad fraud. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone's Google settings. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

7. More about Gluox

Gluox does not access, scan or upload the personal photos, videos or files already on your phone. It only saves the photos and videos you choose to download.

8. How we use information

To provide the app's features and its online content.
To unlock what you buy and to help with purchase questions and refunds.
To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the service secure and available.
To understand how the app is used, fix problems and improve it.
To show ads that help keep the app free.
To answer your support requests and to meet legal obligations.

9. Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the app, and only as needed:

Google: Google Play billing, Firebase crash reporting, Google AdMob and other ad networks. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Our hosting providers: run the servers that deliver the app's online features and content.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and of the service.

10. How long we keep information

Order details from Google Play: as long as needed for accounting and the law.
Server logs: kept for a short time for security, then deleted.
Your gluox.com account and activity: as described in gluox.com privacy policy.
Crash reports: kept by Firebase for a limited time, then deleted.

11. Your choices and rights

You can delete your gluox.com account at any time.
You can remove the information on your phone by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it.
You can opt out of personalised ads in your phone's Google settings.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to infyoninnovations@gmail.com.

If you are in India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to access, correct and erase your personal data and to have your grievances addressed. You can raise any privacy concern or grievance with us at infyoninnovations@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 30 days.

12. Children

Gluox is intended for a general audience and is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Security

The app uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) to talk to our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

14. Processing outside India

Our service providers may process information in other countries. We use established providers that protect the information they handle.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects how we handle your information, we will let you know in the app or on this page.
