Delete your Gluox account and data

Your Gluox account is the same as your gluox.com account. To delete it and the data linked to it, send an email to infyoninnovations@gmail.com from the email address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my Gluox account". We will confirm by reply and delete your account within 30 days.

Write the deletion email

What is deleted

• Your account and profile details
• Your download history and saved preferences on gluox.com
• Your sign-in sessions on the website and in the app

We may keep records that the law requires, such as invoices for paid subscriptions.

Good to know

• Cancel subscriptions separately. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel a Google Play subscription in the Google Play Store under Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, and a website subscription from your account on gluox.com before you ask us to delete it.
• Files on your phone. The photos and videos you save, and your settings stay on your phone until you delete them or uninstall the app.
