Motoricks Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Motoricks Android app (package com.motoricks.space) handles your information. Motoricks is published by Infyon Innovations (Lumnon Labs | Infyon Innovations), referred to as "we" or "us". If anything here is unclear, write to us at infyoninnovations@gmail.com. 1. Information that stays on your phone

Motoricks stores your preferences and settings only on your phone. We cannot see this information. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes it.

2. Content loaded from the internet

To show its content, Motoricks downloads it from our servers over an encrypted connection. Like any website, our servers receive technical information such as your IP address, device type and app version with each request. We use this only to deliver the content and keep the service secure, and we keep server logs for a short time.

3. Advertising

Motoricks shows ads from third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob. These networks may collect device information, including your device's advertising ID and your approximate location (based on your IP address), to show and measure ads and to prevent ad fraud. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone's Google settings. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

4. How we use information

• To provide the app's features and its online content.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the service secure and available.
• To show ads that help keep the app free.
• To answer your support requests and to meet legal obligations.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the app, and only as needed:

• Google: Google AdMob and other ad networks. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• Our hosting providers: run the servers that deliver the app's online features and content.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and of the service.

6. How long we keep information

• Server logs: kept for a short time for security, then deleted.

7. Your choices and rights

• You can remove the information on your phone by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it.
• You can opt out of personalised ads in your phone's Google settings.
• You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to infyoninnovations@gmail.com.

If you are in India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to access, correct and erase your personal data and to have your grievances addressed. You can raise any privacy concern or grievance with us at infyoninnovations@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 30 days.

8. Children

Motoricks is intended for a general audience and is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

The app uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) to talk to our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. Processing outside India

Our service providers may process information in other countries. We use established providers that protect the information they handle.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects how we handle your information, we will let you know in the app or on this page.
